Product Description
Theme: In Alhambra you are in charge of building a new city for your people. The Dice Game for Alhambra involves you in the direct development of the city - with decisions on which building type to be built undertaken every turn.
This is a stand-alone game and an expansion on the base Alhambra game as well
Gameplay: In Alhambra the Dice Game (the stand-alone variant), players compete to gain the most victory points. The points are scored on the 1st, 3rd and 5th (last) round. Victory points are awarded for a majority in each of the allocated buildings. To build a building, each turn players roll 8, 6-sided dice with the six building symbols on them. Players have a maximum of 3 tries, keeping whichever dice they wish to get the most of a specific building type. As such, the game is simple really - try to be the highest roller and do it before anyone else so that you can get the most points and rewards.
At the end of each round, a player can choose between two buildings of a specific category that they have 'won' or one building and one special token that provides additional abilities. The player with the second most number of symbols rolled in that category receives what is not chosen by the first player.
