Theme: Battlefields of Olympus is a quick turn-based strategy card game with some hand management. Players battle over the land, attempting to gain the most important locations including even Olympus itself. Ares, the God of War can strike at any time, commanding you, his loyal forces, to battle however, even at the most unimportant of locations.
Gameplay : Gameplay in Battlefields of Olympus is extremely simple, with players attempting to either secure 16 points of Land cards or having the most land after Ares has appeared 6 times.
Players must manage two hands - their Warrior cards and their Action cards (a maximum of 4 of each can be held at any one time). Players must further decide when to battle for a Land that has appeared, and if battling, which Warriors to use as once used, they are discarded.
Lastly, Battles are relatively simple, with players having to play a more powerful Warrior than their opponent during a battle on their turn or concede defeat.
