Product Description

Theme : Tamsk, formerly of the GIPF series is a game of high-pressure thininking. In Tamsk, the play pieces are hourglasses and rings, with the aim of either blocking an opponent from making a move or running them out of time.

Gameplay : In Tamsk, players start out with 3 hourglasses and 32 rings on the board. The hourglasses are part of the game, where each turn you must move one of your hourglasses and turn it over; at which point you can then play a ring on a newly uncovered space. There are limits on the number of pieces and rings that can be on any one space, with the goal of the game to block your opponent from moving or running them out of time. A great game for those who think fast and move fast.
