Theme : Blue Moon City takes place after the great battles depicted in the Blue Moon card game. The once magnificent city of Blue Moon lies in ruins and it is up to the players to reconstruct the city, bringing the magnificent city of Blue Moon back to its former glory and perhaps returning the Gods once more to the land.
Gameplay : Blue Moon City consists of 21 building tiles with the building plans on one side and the fully reconstructed buildings on the other. The object of the game is to use the various denizens of Blue Moon to help rebuild the city, with each completed building providing the player who completed it with crystals and dragon favours. The final winner is the player who manages to rebuild the Crystal Obelisk in the center of the city through the use of their crystals.
