Product Description

Theme : Bolide is a racing game set in the world of Indy Motor Sports. Players take turns moving their cars along the tracks using a simple to understand, but realistic racing system. They will need to decide on the type of tires to use, when to stop for fuel and when is the best time to pass other players in this exciting race simulator. Will you be the first to see the checkered flag?

Gameplay : In Bolide, players are race car drivers and teams, looking to be the first across the finish line. Bolide uses a simple system to calculate movement speeds, with players able to accelerate or decelerate horizontally and vertically 2 spaces each turn. Using 'ghost' figures that indicate where a car would be each turn using the same movement speed as it was on the last turn, it is quick and easy to understand the physics of race-car driving, forcing players to consider the speeds to take each turn as their momentum is saved round to round.

Furthermore, additional rules take into account the type of wheels being used, the necessities for emergency braking and collisions in the game. With a set of tracks included, players will be racing all night long in Bolide.
