Description : Traders & Builders is the second large expansion to the Carcassonne series with 24 new landscape tiles that offers new terrain such as bridges and bent cities as well as introducing the concept of goods. Goods (represented as symbols on the tiles) can use these to acquire wine, cloth and grain. The more goods procured by a player, the higher their chances of gaining victory points at the end of the game.

Furthermore, additional tokens are available to add to the game - Builder tokens can be played after a meeple has been placed, providing players with two actions in a turn when expanding the city or road. Pig tokens on the other hand can be placed with a farmer to enrich the value of a farm.

Lastly, a beautiful cloth bag is added to make tiles easy to shuffle and draw along with making the game more portable. Sufficient tokens are made available for 6 players, allowing you to combine this expansion with Carcassonne and the Inns & Cathredals the first expansion.

This is an expansion to the Carcassonne game and cannot be played alone.
