A satirical look at our favourite fantasy role-playing game, Munchkin takes out all the role-playing and gets right down to the most important parts - humour, backstabbing and loot. With a ton of laughs and easy to remember rules, Munchkin allow for anyone to get involved. A guaranteed hit with any fantasy roleplayer.
Gameplay : In Munchkin, players vie for the best armor, weapons, and magical items in order to battle such fearsome monsters as the Level 1 Potted Plant and the Level 14 Unspeakably Awful, Indescribable Horror. Players start as a Level 1 Human with No Class.
Each turn, players draw from te Dungeon Deck to see what they encounter, perhaps a Curse or a Monster. Combat is very simple - players match their total fighting ability to the level of the monster; with additional help or hindrance coming from other players as they may be bribed or not.
If they manage to kill the Monsters, they can then draw from the Loot Deck and gain powerful Magical Items as well as Levels. The first player to reach Level 10 wins the game.
