Description : In Carolus Magnus, the players take on the role of Charlemagne himself, exploring and taking control of new lands. Players battle to take over 15 territories which are made of 4 fused hexes, striving to gain control of one of the 5 families of paladins and building towers to control the lands. A game that is pretty simple in its rules, there are a variety of tactics and strategies that must be employed to become the penultimate ruler.
