Product Description

Theme : In Tannhauser, the clock has been turned back to 1949. The First World War has never ended, as the Reich have opened portals to the underworld, drawing forth demons and other dark creatures to aid in their battle. Now, players take on the roles of either a small squad in the "Army of the Union" or that of the Reich's "Obscura Korps".

Gameplay : Tannhäuser is a squad based combat game that sets players to competing different objectives on the game board. Using Fantasy Flight Game's new Pathfinder system to determine line of sight and range, Tannhäuser uses a variety of different characters to give it additional flavour. A definite 'shoot-em-up' quality to the game is included, with strategic decisions on equipment and placement.
