Theme: Cyclades is set in Ancient Greek where players attempt to gain the favour of the Gods by building two cities on the islands around Greece known as the Cyclades.
In Cyclades, the Greek Gods walk among men and sacrifice must be to all five Gods - or else their wrath will be visited upon the player and his cities. Can you appease the gods, build your cities and fend off your mortal foes at the same time or will you fall and fail?
Gameplay: In Cyclades, each turn, the players bid for the favors of the Gods, as only one player can have the favor of each God per turn. In addition, each player is also limited to the favor of a single God per turn.
Each God allows players to take specific actions according to their pantheon:
The first player to build two cities will win.
