Theme : Deluxe Illuminati is the classic Steve Jackson game of world domination based on the infamous Illuminati secret society. In Illuminati, players take on the role of a secret society attempting to spread their influence throughout the world and take control of it behind the scenes.
The deluxe version comes with additional cards and new graphics to bring this classic card game up to date.
Gameplay : In Illuminati, players have control of various well-known groups that they may then use to expand their influence further. Each turn, the player gains money from these groups which he can then use to help takeover, destroy or neutralize a group controlled by another player or one that is unaligned.
Victory conditions vary depending on the secret society controlled by the player or Illuminati can be won when the society has control of the majority of groups in the game.
The Deluxe Illuminati version is a reprint of the original game with additional cards to make the game easier to play.
