Gameplay: Descent : the Sea of Blood is the first expansion to the Advanced Campaign system introduced in the Road to Legend expansion.
In the Sea of blood, players ail across the lands of Torue Albes exploring exotic islands,
digging up treasure and facing the Overlord himself.
The Sea of Blood expansion for Descent introduces large expansive ocean tiles with scattered islands as well as large ship decks with additional tiles featuring ships' cannons for ship-board fighting. In addition, an expansion for the Overworld map featuring new sea areas and island locations to explore.
Lastly, full rules for sea journey's and adventures and new equipment and treasure cards are available as well as additional tuck boxes.
