Product Description
Theme: Dixit is a party game that uses cards and clues. In Dixit, a new storyteller is chosen each turn and drops a single sentence or word as a clue of what the picture is to the other players. Points are scored based on the success or lack of the guessing of the storyteller's picture.
Gameplay: In Dixit, the storyteller receives a card and must describe the single picture that is given to him on the card to the other players. The other players, choosing from the hand of six cards that they have must decide on the most likely picture held by the storyteller. They then place their chosen card face-up; with other players now able to change their decision and bet on which is the storytellers.
In Dixit, if nobody or everybody finds the correct picture, the storyteller scores 0, and each of the other players scores 2. Otherwise the storyteller and whoever found the correct answer scores 3. Players scores 1 point for every vote gotten to their own picture.
Dixit ends when the deck is empty. The greatest total at the end of the game wins.
