Theme : Duel in the Dark is a World War 2 air combat game. Players take on the role of British and German air-forces during the nighttime air raids of German cities by the British.

Gameplay : In Duel in the Dark, you'll take on the role of either the Biriths Bomber Command or the General of the German Air Force (Lufwaff) conducting or defending against nighttime bombing raids on German cities.
The modular gameboard allows players to set-up countless variations of historic events, while each night only takes 30-45 minutes to resolve. Additional advanced game rules include weather conditions, full moon/new moon bonuses and penalties, clouds and thunderclouds, fog, flak, searchlights, balloon barriers, target markers, and much more to bring these nighttime raids to life.
