Genesis

Theme : Genesis places you 250 million years ago in the super continent Pangea. It is the time of evolution and the greatest battle of survival ever. You take on the role of a reptile, mammal, dinosaur or human in the battle for domination of the earth.

Gameplay : Genesis is a tile laying game where players strive to ensure that control of a specific region goes tot the species represent. Every turn, players roll two dice which signify the two territories that players may place their tiles on or conversely, ignore the dice and place only 1 tile. Scoring is based on the largest 'herds' of animals when a given location is filled up. While the rules are very simple, like most Reiner Knizai games, there is a layer of tactical depth beneath Genesis. A great game for the family to play.
