Theme : The Heroscape Master Set : Rise of the Valkyrie comes with 30 plastic figures depicting heroes from all ages and times including futuristic robots, world war II soldiers and even a T-Rex riding orc.
Gameplay : In HeroScape, you receive 30 characters from across all times and ages and you pit them against one another to see who comes out on top. There are 2 large ruins and 85 tiles of terrain in the base game. Some terrain tiles are large (up to 24 hexes) while others are small (1 hex). There are water, sand, rock and grass tiles (in roughly increasing order). Many different battlefields can be built by attaching and stacking the tiles.
The rulebook features two set of rules - a basic and master version of this miniatures combat game.
