Theme : Kids of Catan is a children's game created by Klaus Teuber, the creator of the blockbuster Settlers of Catan board game. In Kids of Catan, each players has a set of buildings to create, requiring them to load up on the resources necessary to build each building. Resources are collected by rolling a die and moving the wagon to each resource, allowing the wagon to fill up.
Gameplay :Kids of Catan is a simple game for children to play with a minimum of strategy - it's a mixture of a racing game with some very light strategy elements thrown in. Players roll a die to move their wagon each turn, with each spot landed upon allowing players to add a resource to their wagon. Enough resources allows the player to create their buildings.
Kids of Catan is ton of fun to play, and very short to accommodate a child's attention span.
