Product Description

Theme: Nostra City is set in New York in the 90’s. Johnny Gota the Godfather of crime has been arrested and is facing 246 charges - from simple extortion to homicide. As his trusted Lieutenants, players are attempting to grow the Family's business while he is away on charges and must, finally, find a way to free him. Otherwise, everything they've worked for will be lost.

Gameplay In Nostra City, you play a Lieutenant in a crime family. Each turn is divided into 4 phases in the game. During the Business phase, the Lieutenants get their money and try to split it with the others. Of course it’s never exactly equal, so some Lieutenants will draw ‘’Vendetta’’ cards which can be used to take revenge later.

In the Meeting phase of Nostray City, it’s time for a reunion and see to see which business opportunity is better for you. Extend your territory, recruit men,
watch for corruption, increase the Family's respect for you and generate more revenue from the rackets.

In the Trial phase you can attempt to corrupt the jury to influence the final verdict. Lastly, at the Reception, players will prepare for the next turn of Nostra City.

At the end of the game, if the Godfather is innocent, the player with the most Respect points wins. If a player becomes the mole though, the Godfather will have to go to jail in order for him to win.
