- You only need one 10 days game Review by Jasmine

I think your enjoyment of a 10 Days game really depends on whether you would really consider vacationing in that area. For me, 10 Days in Europe is the way to go, especially since I've been there several times and spent 4 months studying abroad.Price Value Quality
For someone like my sister, who did a homestay in Ghana, 10 Days in Africa would definitely interest her more.
The 10 Days series have very similar card arrangement gameplay, which is why you really only need one game in your collection. As far as the actual game play goes, it is light, friendly and easy. Great for casual players.
If you are picking this game as a gift for someone, think about where they have been and where they want to go. It will greatly affect their interest and enthusiasm for the game.

The 10 Days games play a bit like gin/rummy. You need to plot out a 10 card journey that logically goes from one destination to the next. Using the gameboard map as a reference, you can move to countries immediately next to each other, fly using a plane card between two countries of the same color as the plane, or use a Jeep in lieu of a country.Price Value Quality
Mind you, I haven't played all the games in the 10 Days series. However, 10 Days in Africa seems to be a bit more balanced than, say, Europe, as the Jeeps act as wildcards better than the Ship tiles in the Europe game and plays with more than two players better because of this.
I believe that every collection only needs one game from this series. It plays as a quick and light filler that is good for casual crowds. If you have an interest in a specific location, then it won't hurt to get the game associated with that area. (Posted on 2/18/10)
