Deceptively simple looking, with a very short set of rules and a couple of small piles of cards. However, the tactical play offered by the game is astounding. I've showed this game to several people and it has been universally well received. The only downside is the paper map include with the original starter sets. Do yourself a favour and pick up the Master Set, or the standalone board available from the publisher. (Posted on 9/28/11)

Summoner's war is a very quick card game. In it two players choose a deck (Or race) and battle it out on a board, the first player to eliminate the other players summoners is the winner. Card are divided in four category spells, common units, champion units and a summoner. The decks in this starter set are very well balanced. The goblins are fast and cost cheap to summon. The Dwarves are great at breaking structures and are hard to destroy. Personnaly I loved this game and cant wait to had more decks to my collection. Games are fast paced and can easily turn one way or another. A must for fan of a good duel, with only a few elements of luck! (Posted on 5/11/10)
