Descent: Journeys into the Dark is our go-to board game if we have a morning/afternoon to play. Set-up time gets pretty fast once you bag and tag everything properly. The introduction of the Overlord makes it exciting and fun for everyone since each Overlord player will actually have their own play-style. It's a great dungeon-crawler-, and while there are a lot of bits, they all make sense (well, except the numerous 'special action tokens').

My only suggestion is to make sure you randomise the character draws as the rules recommend - otherwise, the heroes really have too much of an advantage.
