This is a brain-eatin' delicious game.
my friends and I all really enjoyed this game right out of the box, but have tweaked the rules here and there to make the game play a little better because Twilight Creations kinda skimped on that portion of things a touch. Not enough to keep me from loving the game, though. And who doesn't want a game that comes with dozens of tiny plastic zombies? In fact, I'd recommend you order an extra bag of zombies to go with your game because, until I did, we ended up running out long before the game ended every single time. The extras will fit in the box provided (if you have the bigger, director's cut box).
I'd also recommend rolling two dice for movement and taking the higher roll otherwise you can hit some pretty painful stretches where eveyone rolls low and no one gets anywhere or achieves anything.
A final niggling point for me is the non-named building tiles. I know you need random tiles to fill out the game but, if you're doing that, maybe don't slap a giant neon "CINEMA" sign on a whole bunch of them. Why does this town have eight kerjillion movie theatres? It's distracting and annoying where nondescript buildings would've served much better.
Either way: play the game, shotgun some zombies and berate your little player piece when he fails to perform.
