Theme: In Roman Taxi, players compete as chariot-driving cabbies racing around ancient Rome, delivering famous historical figures to well known places like the Forums, Parthenon, and the Coliseum.
Can you get Caesar to the Senate, or will you be thrown to the lions?
Do you have room for Hadrian and his wall, or will you pass him up for Caligula and his "friends"? Can Achilles get to the hospital in time, or would you rather pick up someone who won't get blood on your pristine chariot?
Gameplay: With an innovative movement system, Roman Taxi players must make tactical decisions about how best to move their cabs so as to gain an edge over, the other cabbies.
Do you want to move as fast as possible, even if that gives the other players better movement choices for their taxis? Or should you take a slower route to cut off your competition?
Your choices affect every other player, so the best players will always be thinking ahead!
Roman Taxi comes complete with a game board showing twisting taxi routes through ancient Rome, a deck of passenger cards with historical Roman figures, a deck with events to alter game play, and chariots for each of the players.
