Rum & Pirates

Theme : In Rum & Pirates, players are pirates at port. They will need to help their captain move through the port in search of treasure maps, chests and supplies for their raiding session. However, hard partying is not enough as you will need to find a place to sleep sometime. The pirates who manage to help the Captain along the best and cause the least amount of trouble (for him!) will be the winner.

Gameplay : In Rum & Pirates, players each receive 10 pirates to control who take part in all kinds of competitions. You will need to help the Captain navigate the streets (by filling up spaces to allow the Captain to move from intersection to intersection on the board) and following his lead as depending on the intersection he lands on. This can range from hiring new pirates to gaining coins to fighting it out at the pub.

At the end of each of the five rounds, players will also need to claim a sleeping place on the ship, with the remaining pirates that they have. Sleeping well provides more victory points and the player with the most victory points at the end of the 5 rounds will win the game.
