Product Description

Theme : A cataclysm has befallen the land, destroying many towns and placing others under a curse. The Curse of the Cataclysm continues on and only the bravest heroes can free the land from beasts, spells and curses.

This expansion must be played with Runebound (2nd Edition) and cannot be played alone.

Gameplay : The Curse of the Cataclysm is an an adventure deck expansion and replaces part of the Rise of the Dragon Lords adventure found in the original Runebound game.

In the Cataclysm expansion, players now must face the obstacles and dangers lying within the cursed towns they visit. Special quests are required to free these towns, but if they do so, they can once more free these towns to continue their rebuilding.
