TransEuropa with Vexation

Theme : TransEuropa takes the award winning gameplay of TransAmerica and places it in Europe. The old world of Europe awaits players as they strive to build the first trans-continental railway line across the continent.

Gameplay : TransEurope is a rail network building game. In TransEuropa, players receives 5 cities which they must connect and are able to build one or two rail tracks per turn depending on terrain. As players can use the rail tracks of opponents, understanding where your opponent is going becomes an important part of the gameplay.

An additional twist added to TransEuropa from TransAmerica is that the game does not end when the first player completes all 5 cities. Instead, play continues with the remaining players giving the first player 1 point per track they need to lay to finish their own connections. As each player receives 13 points in the beginning, it provides a maximum number of turns before the game is truly over.
