Theme : In Unexploded Cow, you're part of a mine clearing industry in France. Except to clear these mines and free the cities of France, you're using some Mad Cows from England. They've got to be used for something right?
Gameplay : The goal of Unexploded Cows is to free as many French cities as possible and win the final Pot of cash. To do so, players pay cash into the Pot to purchase cows and event cards. Blow up a cow and you win cash from the Pot and a city card. The player with the most city cards wins the Pot.
