We have quite a few changes on the site recently including:

  • New ways to present pricing – We hope you found it easier to navigate – and work out the deals that you are getting!
  • Similar Product suggestions are being added to all our games to make navigation easier so look out for them at the bottom of the game pages.
  • Local order pickup – We won’t need to refund your card anymore if you are looking to pickup the games. Just choose ‘Local Pickup’ if you live in BC and you won’t be charged for shipping.

And trust us, we have a few more changes in the pipeline that should really make navigating the site even easier.

Also, Alison’s on her way down to the US on Tuesday so expect a ton of pre-orders to ship out from Tuesday – Wednesday (or even Thursday! We have like 30 pre-orders that are waiting to go out which means a ton of hauling). Still, a lot of our popular games (Ticket to Ride, Settlers, etc) are going back in-stock so it’d be a good time to order too.

    Hi Guys! Are you all OK? I’ve emailed, posted a comment and phoned you. Your “Mailbox is full” for like a week now. I’d like some help on an ordwer I placed with you. Please email me if you all haven’t been killed in some awful disaster!

    Hi Chuck,

    I just deleted our mailbox, sorry about that! The mailbox system is new and so we’re still feeling our way around the system (it doesn’t automatically delete it for some reason so we have to log-in and delete it manually).

    With regard to your order, we sent e-mails out on all the pre-orders a while ago detailing the specific order and what has happened to it, but yours obviously didn’t reach you. We just picked up a whole group of new orders on Tuesday and Alison has been rushing the shipments out the door so we’ve been a tad slow in sending shipping information.

    We will contact you in the next day or so, so if you don’t hear from us, do e-mail or call again and leave a number. We will call back directly.

    Again, sorry about the delay.

    This weekend. Sorry about the delay, we are just putting the newsletter together and updating the site with some backend things that we want to be very careful with so that it doesn’t break everything.
